NCI started in 1992 as National Balancing Institute, a training organization aimed at helping heating and air conditioning contractors provide even comfort throughout homes and businesses using a technique called Air Balancing. This technique, previously only available for large commercial and industrial facilities was refined to work in smaller buildings and homes.

And I called to get them to come back, while I'm trying to explain that we just paid thousands of dollars and I'm not happy, the dispatcher yelled at me telling me to stop yelling 🤣😂. I was on speaker phone so maybe my volume was higher than expected, but 100% not yelling! I'm also in the hvac field and this entire situation was impressively bad for a "reputable" company like this.
I called Detmer and they came out and corrected everything properly and now we're good to go
Wouldn't use Hauck again for anything
