Do you use anything to protect my floor or furniture?
Yes, we utilize drop cloths and plastic visqueen on every truck and we make every effort to leave your home as clean or cleaner as it was when we arrived!
What time do your installation crews get started?
Our crews start their days between 7 and 7:30AM at our shop. They load their trucks and go through the job with the salesman and supervisor, so they typically arrive at our customer's homes between 8-8:30 AM. Alternative times can be arranged with the sales team.
What are my payment options?
We accept cash, check, MasterCard and Visa or we can arrange special low-interest financing or extended payment terms.
Will you remove all of the old equipment and accessories?
Yes. Our proposal to you includes removing any equipment that we are replacing. We’ve even been known to remove that old water softener or drier from the basement that doesn’t work anymore! Just check with your sales professional if you have other items that you’d like to have removed.
How long will the installation take?
This is a difficult question to exactly answer. Every house and every installation is a bit different, but usually a furnace or air conditioner “change-out” takes only a day or so. If there’s ductwork involved, it may take a lot longer, but our sales team can let you know the approximate time for installation, so you can plan your schedule.
