I look for in a service company?
Look for a company that has been established for many years (we have been in business since 1921). Look for a locally owned business, preferably a member of the Better Business Bureau, and inquire as to whether the technicians and installers are NATE- certified?
Do they sell well-known brands of equipment? Do they service the brand of equipment you have in your home? (Hauck Brothers services all brands, not just what we sell and install.) Can the company you are dealing with supply you with references? What kind of warranty do they offer with their service work? )We offer at least 1 year warranty on all of our parts, sometimes longer, and 1 year on service and installation labor). - Are service contracts worthwhile?
Look at the contract carefully to see what is covered and what benefits are offered. Some offer only a discount on services, nothing more. Others are more comprehensive, offering an equipment clean & check, as well as priority service. I have to arrange my own financing?
Absolutely not! We have a number of options available and can help you find the best loan and rates for you. We offer financing on major repairs, as well. Don’t hesitate to check with our service department for service financing. Any of our estimators will be happy to help you with your installation financing . We want to make it simple and easy for you to do business with Hauck Brothers. Currently, we offer low interest home-improvement loans through a local lender or 6 months same as cash with Bryant Comfort Credit financing.
